How to Set It Up in 60 Seconds

1.Choose Your Template:.

Open the specific offer you want to edit, or create a brand new campaign using either the One Discount or Quantity Breaks template.

2.Navigate to Rules:

Head over to the Rule settings section of your offer editor.

3.Open Your Tier:

Open the specific tier you want to configure and make sure you are staying on the Condition tab.

4.Toggle Subscription Pricing:

Check the box that says “Different discount for subscriptions”. This will instantly split your discount fields.

5.Input Your Values:

Enter your standard Discount per item (for one-time buyers), and then enter your custom Subscription discount value and unit.

6.Save and Repeat:

Hit Save. If you have multiple tiers in a quantity break campaign, simply repeat this process for each individual tier.

A Quick Note on Limitations

To keep your promotions running flawlessly, keep these two boundaries in mind:

  1. Template Specific: This feature is currently exclusive to One Discount and Quantity Breaks templates. It is not available for BOGO or standard Tiered campaign types.
  2. Configured Per Tier: Because every product strategy is unique, this setting is configured at the individual tier level, giving you total control over how deep the discounts go as volume increases.
