Requirement: To use this feature, ensure you have P: Quantity Breaks & Discounts installed and at least one active campaign created within that app.
Key Capabilities
We’ve built flexibility into the limits so you can tailor them to your specific business model:

1. Total Usage Limits (The Big Picture)
Decide exactly how many times a discount can be used across your entire store. You can set these limits based on different time “scopes”:
- Lifetime: A hard cap for the entire duration of the campaign.
- Per Day / Month / Year: Perfect for recurring promotions or limiting daily liability.
2. Per-Customer Limits
Control the “usage per person.” If you want to offer a “Once-in-a-lifetime” 50% discount, you can now ensure that each customer can only claim it once, period.
Choose Your “Limit Behavior”
What happens when a customer tries to use a discount that has hit its limit? Pareto gives you two professional ways to handle it:
- Block Checkout: The customer is prevented from completing the order entirely until the discount is removed or changed. This is ideal for strict, high-value bulk offers.
- Remove Discount & Allow Checkout: The system automatically strips the discount code from the cart but allows the customer to proceed with the purchase at full price. This protects your revenue while still capturing the sale.
